Golden Mango Milk Smoothie
If you like smoothies and want to ingest the holistic properties of golden milk this one is for you. Quick and easy and quite tasty!
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
2 cups coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 piece of fresh turmeric, about an ½ inch long, peeled and grated
1 piece of fresh ginger, about an ½ inch long, peeled and grated
1 cup chopped fresh mango
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw honey
tiny pinch of salt
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped fine (optional)
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until totally smooth.
