We're not into cookie-cutter methods—this class meets you where you are, based on your knife skills, mango varietals, and the fruit’s ripeness. You'll learn how to confidently cut your mangoes, including the advanced Mexican flower method. We'll also show you a few simple, no-waste recipes that put all your cuttings to good use (because we hate waste and love these recipes).
