Nissa, head of the Crespo Organic Kitchen, kicks off the series. With over 28 years of culinary experience, Nissa is one of the key reasons we dedicate so much focus to the culinary side of mangoes.
She’ll launch the series live—announcing July’s featured collaborators and sharing a piece of her own mango story while making Summer Mango Buns in her wood-burning pizza oven
