Each Friday, throughout the summer we’ll post Kitchen Reelsfeaturing mango recipes developed by Nissa (@picoypero) and recreated by some of our Crespo Organic Kitchen chefs like Tina DeGraff (the Salt Gypsy) and Chef Svea, who also creates ourCrespo Niño recipes. The premise of these Friday reels is to inspire and teach simple ways to use mangoes; Nissa excels at creating accessible, recreatable and inspiring recipes-our Friday Night Reels proves that sometimes a little IG scrolling can have benefits!

Nissa has 28+ years in the culinary world and is renowned for pushing cooks of all skill levels out of their comfort zones. She’s a healthy cook defined by generous use of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Her palette is as global as her passport. Her ideas may seem “not the norm,” but they’ll become your new norm.
