Mango Aperol Spritz
Place a few spoons of mango pure ( about ½ -1 ounce) at the bottom of a tall glass of wine glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in about a shot ( 2 ounces) of Aperol. Fill the glass up almost to the top with Prosecco and top with a few splashes of soda water. Gently stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
